TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various auto repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics (depending on skill level)
• Perform high-quality work with efficiency and accuracy
• Complete work as assigned in a timely manner
• Maintain an organized & safe work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of automotive repair experience minimum
• Ability to work on a variety of vehicles 
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
• Basic set of tools (we provide all specialty equipment)
• Valid Driver's License

The Sales and Leasing Consultant is responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring each customer has an outstanding car buying experience.

Requirements:
•Valid NYS Driver's License

Responsibilities
•In-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process. This includes test drives of vehicles
•Active listening to best determine a customer's wants and needs
•Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
•Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
•Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
•Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers, at once
•Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other salespeople
•Self-Motivation to establish personal monthly goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals with management
•A welcoming and friendly demeanor
•Knowledge and passion for vehicles

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on vehicles
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Complete work orders and keep accurate records
- Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in repairing vehicles
- Strong knowledge of European vehicles and their systems
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- ASE Certification preferred
